UBT Center Budapest Science Hub (UCBSH), in close cooperation with the BME-SzIU-UBT Joint Transformation Research Center and the UBT Hungarian partner universities, focuses on the involvement of university youth and school children in scientific activities. Even within the multicolored palette of science, we place the approach called transformative research at the center of our interest.
UCBSH serves as a hub for different activities in Hungary. It presents conferences and symposiums in collaboration with UBT and UBT partner institutions; hosts events for alumni and prospective students; serves as a vibrant forum for discussions of innovation, science, business, politics, music, art, and other relevant topics.
Moreover, UCBSH provides different information services for the students and staff members of Hungarian Partner Universities, scientific and cultural institutions about the scientific and economic progress, cultural life in Kosovo and most importantly about the academic and research programs of UBT.
The mission of UCBSH is to establish itself as one of the most active foreign university centers in Europe and as a valuable platform for current and prospective leaders to exchange views on critical issues across sectors.
Let’s infuse the spirit of discovery, increase their interest in science and technology, and build a robust scientific temper among the youth of the country!
– Promote and nurture science and scientific research.
– Represent Kosovo in the world’s largest international competitions.
– A platform to solve some of pressing problems we face in our daily lives.
– Create world class solutions for some of the top companies in the world.
“In Kosovo and in every country that claims to operate 5G, there should be fiber optic networks. Kosovo, after the war, has a very good potential as it has invested a lot in a modern infrastructure with these networks thanks to many ISPs and institutions (UBT being one of them), who have created the opportunity for the implementation of 5G in our country as well.
“With 5G technology, the speed will be achieved in real time, very small delays and the high intensity of connections of equipment with nearly 1 million devices per square kilometer”
“Without Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things, 5G would not be complete with the provision of digital services and market demands. These three components are undivided from each other. Due to the fact, Artificial Intelligence may teach us many things quite rapidly, only if there is a transport network, in this case 5G, which enables the transmission of this information or data on the Internet of Thing or technological equipment"
